One of the things that really can be kind of hard when you are a naturally shy guy, is trying to flirt with a woman properly and effectively. You probably already feel a little bit self conscious when you are around a woman you like and it probably feels like that self conscious feeling gets amplified a bit when you are trying to establish some kind of connection with a woman by flirting with her.
